Does TikTok ship internationally?
Yes, we ship our orders to most countries around the world. If your country is not supported, please write to the TikTok Support Team to request shipping to your country.

How does international shipping work on TikTok, and who pays the customs fees?

5. Payment

6. Release & Delivery
Once payment is completed, the package is released from customs and delivered to your address.

How will my order be shipped?
Most orders will ship via UPS with included insurance and signature confirmation. International orders will be shipped via DHL wherever supported.
Can I cancel my order?
