Why haven’t I received the Sneak Peek email?
Sneak Peek emails are released a couple hours before each drop. Due to the high volume of subscribers, please allow some time for the email to reach your inbox. If you have not received the Sneak Peek email by 5:30 PM PT, check your Spam and Promotions folders or search for "fashionica" in your inbox.
Why can’t I see the Sneak Peek page?
Every Wednesday, we share a secret password with our email subscribers, granting exclusive access to our sneak peek page. This page is viewable only on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:55 PM PT.
The Sneak Peek page then expires at 6:55 PM PT each Wednesday and the bags officially become available for purchase at 7:00 PM PT.
Why isn’t the password to the Sneak Peek page working?
The sneak peek page is accessible only on Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:55 PM PT. You will not be able to access this page outside of this time window.
Be sure to double-check you have inputted the password for accuracy. If you are attempting to access the sneak peek page outside of Wednesdays from 5:30 PM to 6:55 PM PT, the page will no longer be available.
Why are some bags not visible to me in a drop?
If you are located outside of the United States, some bags may not be immediately available during a bag drop. These listings are currently under review by Global-e Markets Pro to ensure the item is eligible for cross-border selling. This review process typically takes 24-48 hours, after which the bags will be available for you to view and purchase.
The selection and approval of items for review are managed by solely by Global-e, and are outside of our control.
