PURPOSE

 

The safety and security of all attendees, staff, and participants are our top priority.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment, FashioNica Fest 2025 has implemented the following Security Policy regarding bag and receipt checks.

 

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY AND ATTENDANCE

 

Entry to and attendance at this event are conditional upon acceptance of and compliance with this policy.

By purchasing a ticket, registering for the event, or entering the premises, all attendees agree to be subject to the following procedures.

 

ENTRY BAG CHECKS

 

• All persons and their belongings — including bags, backpacks, purses, and containers of any size — are subject to search and inspection upon entry.

• Attendees will be asked to open their bags and may be asked to remove items for a visual inspection by trained security personnel.

• Security personnel reserve the right to refuse entry to any bag or item deemed inappropriate or hazardous to public safety.

• Refusal to consent to a bag check will result in denial of entry. Individuals who refuse a search will be asked to leave the entry point and the premises.

 

EXIT BAG AND RECEIPT CHECKS

 

• For loss prevention and security purposes, all bags and packages are subject to inspection upon exiting the event.

• Attendees may be asked to present receipts for any items purchased within the event venue to verify ownership.

• Refusal to consent to an exit bag or receipt check may result in temporary detainment if there is reasonable suspicion of theft, and local law enforcement may be contacted.

 

PROHIBITED ITEMS

FashioNica Fest strictly prohibits the following items on the premises:

 

• Large bags

• Alcohol or illegal substances

• Glass containers

• Explosives or fireworks

• Outside food or beverages

• Drones or flying devices

• Pets or animals (service animals exempt)
  

• Weapons, firearms, knives, or any dangerous objects
  

• Any item deemed unsafe or disruptive by event management

 

Prohibited items discovered during a search must be:

 

• Returned to the attendee’s vehicle,

• Disposed of in designated amnesty boxes, or

• Will be confiscated by security.

 

Illegal items will be reported to law enforcement.

 

CONSENT AND RIGHT TO REFUSE

 

Bag and receipt checks are voluntary in the sense that any individual may refuse to have their belongings searched.

However, those who refuse a search will be denied entry to the event and will be required to leave the premises immediately.

By remaining on or entering the property, attendees acknowledge and consent to these terms.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

• Security staff are authorized to take necessary measures to maintain safety and order.

• Event organizers reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
